On Saturday 24th September Cramlington Bowling Club hosted the annual friendly between our two clubs. Over the years this has become a firm favourite with our members and I’m sure everyone enjoyed the day.

Four teams of 3 players took part each team playing 21 ends, Cramlington winning 2 games and Lesbury winning 2 games the eventual winners on the day were Cramlington who finished with the highest overall score.

Many thanks to our Chairman John Harrison for organising the event and also his wife Hillary for supplying and serving the refreshments throughout the day.

Thanks to Peter Stafford for selling the raffle tickets and also our club members who set the rinks up for the days play
