I hope that everyone has recovered from all their hard work yesterday and I’m happy to confirm that we raised a total of £439.67 on the day.

Could I extend a very special thanks to Paul for his organisation of the day and to the ladies who worked so hard in ensuring that we were all well fed and watered throughout the event and providing a splendid food and drink service for all of our guests.

I’d further like to express my appreciation to all members who helped out on the day and a special mention to the generosity of everyone who donated both prizes for the raffle and food for sale.

I received many compliments on the organisation of the day and promises of bowlers wishing to return next year.
